JOB DESIGNATION:Technical Support Executive / Customer Care Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Support:
Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers.
Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
Customer Care:Resolving NON TECHNICAL issues pertaining to order status, billing, invoicing ,etc.

Desired Profile:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
Ideal Opportunity for B.Techs.
Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience .
Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply .
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24×7 environment.
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh
