Selection: Bank of Baroda recruitment 2011 has Written test followed by Interview. The test is of Objective type with questions on Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, Socio economic & Banking awareness, English & Marketing Aptitude.For each wrong answer negative marks would be awarded & those above certain cut-off marks would be shortlisted to be called for Interview – based on which final selection is made.
